In her capacity as Human Resources Manager, Shalaura is responsible for employee relations, development and retention. She believes in creating a positive culture that fosters a healthy work/life balance so all employees can flourish and succeed. Shalaura has over five years prior experience with large and small organizations in various stages of their business cycles. She has experience with HR process and policy development and implementation, benefits design and management, compliance, employee relations and performance management, HR strategy development and implementation, recruitment, and compensation. Shalaura received her Master’s Degree in Human Resources and focuses on employee relations, development, and retention.
